China Kingho Energy Group Signs the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation with Kazakhstan

China Kingho Beijing News (Liu Chunyu) China Kingho Energy Group signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation with KazMunaiGaz the Beijing headquarters of China Kingho Energy Group on September 25, 2014, and the both parties will jointly develop and construct coal-based clean energy comprehensive utilization project in Kazakhstan. Huo Qinghua, Chairman of China Kingho Group, and Tyevsev, Vice President of KazMunaiGaz signed the Memorandum on behalf of both parties. H.E.Nurlan Yermekbayev, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in China, was invited to attend the signing ceremony.
   The both parties will apply the advanced modern coal chemical technology and rich experience on the construction and management of coal chemical project of China Kingho Group, and combine the high-quality coal resources of Kazakhstan to produce fuel products which are in short supply in Kazakhstan and high value-added chemical products. Prior to this, the project working groups of the both parties have conducted several times of in-depth discussions on the process route and product solutions and reached a consensus.
    China Kingho Energy Group signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of coal-based clean energy comprehensive utilization with Kazakh government and other partners under the witnessing of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, on September 7, 2013. The project is also the specifically implemented project within the cooperation framework in the field of coal comprehensive utilization between the Governments of China and Kazakhstan. While the powerful combination of China Kingho Energy Group and KazMunaiGaz is the deepening and implementation of the bilateral cooperation, which will accelerate the cooperation in coal-based clean energy sector between China and Kazakhstan, and also fill the gaps in this field for Kazakhstan.
